Cleanliness is of utmost importance; all properties are inspected inside and out before check-in.
We live only minutes away from all of our properties, we're readily available to make your stay comfortable and worry-free.
At the end of the day, after you check into your rental, we remain here in Cuchara with you and if you need assistance,
we can respond as quickly as you, our guest, deserves.

We have been fortunate enough to live and work in Cuchara for the past 13 years.
Sheri is a native of La Veta!
Dan is on the Board of Directors for the local Water District, a Little League Coach and the General Manager
of Cuchara Mountain Resort, as well as a Broker Associate for Bachman & Associates Real Estate.
We enjoy all aspects of Cuchara and are convinced that there is no better place to raise our three children:
Justin, Michelle, and Hayden.
Not every child can say that they have seen bear (almost daily), or hiked to the top of the West Peak, or
spent the day fishing in the river out their back door!
There are so many things for us to enjoy as a family, we wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
